We just picked our final batch of Jalapenos. If you have some fresh ones, this might be a recipe to consider. If you like pickled Jalapenos, lavender is a delightful flavor enhancer!

1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1 or 2 TBS Seek Lavender sugar (amount is personal preference dictates. sugar, along with making sweet, relieves some heat)
1 TBS Seek Lavender salt
2 cloves smashed garlic
2.5 cups sliced jalapenos
Bring all of above, except jalapenos, to boil. Turn off heat. Add jalapenos. Let sit for at least 20 minutes. Can be stored in fridge for two months….Easy peasy and delish!
